Have to update this sadly. The employee Mitchell was very combative today. He was rude to his other staff as well. It’s terrible to see this. I was rushed, I felt pushed & talked down to. I was bullied. I will not be returning here solely because of him. Please contact me so I can go more in depth. You will be hearing from my lawyer about this. I left feeling like a number. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The entire team greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was friendly, professional, and created a positive atmosphere. Dr. Pinto was kind, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure all of my questions were answered. **Managers name was Stacy** Moved over to this location from the Sarasota area, 1000% better is an understatement. The other places have horrible management, the employees are on their phones constantly, they act somewhat irritated when you speak. In Orlando though the young woman who is the manager(cannot remember her name) was great. It was night and day compared to the other location.i was comfortable , & welcomed. I loved the attention, there is a very nice camilo gentleman, very good person and the doctor Barbara excellency, they injected my lower back and I felt absolutely nothing. Super recommended 🥳🥳✨
