I called because I was wondering if they took my insurance because this is an urgent matter and the representative told me they don’t take health insurance. I’ve never heard that in my life before.
I luv all of my Doctors at UOC! Especially at the UTC location. Dr. Notman, Dr. Korya, Dr. Patel, Dr. Lindsey, and Vincent have been very instrumental in my healing process. Through all of the confusion with what was going on with me, I am starting to feel myself again. Thanks to all the office staff who have been patient and understanding with the emotional upheaval I have had. I am a better more whole human being. Please keep up the good work you do for the community, and underinsured.
I had an excellent experience with the entire medical team. Everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, I felt well cared for and respected. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit.
