UOC is pretty decent EXCEPT for Dr. Boston. He is totally uncaring. I think he needs to retire asap. He did surgery on my knee and it was worse then before the surgery. When I told him that it was worse then before he told me there was nothing more he could do and dismissed me. I have since spoken to a couple of other Boston patients who had the same experience. Terrible bedside manner and is in and out of the exam room in under 5 min, barely even looks at you. I'd say he's burned out and needs to get out of the game. PLUS i... read more

rude receptionist who was very rude in dealing with other provider's receptionists and requests for records of established patients from both their office and the office requesting records. Spoke haughtily and was very aggressive in the manner in which she or he handled all correspondence. The phone is ALWAYS BUSY when you try to call as well.

Dr Boston is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him for years. The office is friendly. I had a bad back problem one weekend and called the on call dr. He was very nice and help me get some medication to get me by until monday. I would recommend this group of doctors to anyone.
