Visited this UR Medicine Orthopedics, Rehabilitation and Podiatry Clinic in Brockport when I had a broken toe. It is a smaller building located behind Elderwood at Lakeside (nursing home), right at the Strong West campus. Was able to get an appointment quick, and without much of a wait. Parking is very close. Definitely less traffic than the main location on Lac De Ville in Brighton. The location is neat, clean and well run, also well staffed. James Bretton the PA was great, pleasant and to the point. Exceptional care and experience at University Orthopaedics at Strong West. My daughter had an ankle injury over the weekend and called Monday morning for an ortho visit. They were able to see her same day. The receptionist and nurse were so kind and efficient. We saw Dr. Rizzone and her intern, Dr. Smith, who were both highly skilled and thorough in their evaluation and plan of care. Excellent bed side manner and ability to speak with my 12 yo daughter, very much including her in the visit. Highly recommend!!!
