I am currently a patient at this facility and I am deeply concerned about the lack of professional standards here. My journey for a follow-up for a shoulder dislocation has been an ongoing nightmare of administrative incompetence. After being discharged from the ER 5/2 with a referral for this office for 5/4 follow up within three days, I visited this office I was referred to from CUNY downstate to get my care started. Long waiting time. I was told I will receive pain ointment for my knees but I never received the medication for my knees.
