This place is terrible. They forever to call, treat, and see their patients. I came in for an appointment at 9 and was called in 2 hours later. Even after being called in, I was left in the room for hours waiting for the doctor.

Whoever answers the phone on Thursday mornings is extremely unprofessional, rude, and makes you feel rushed to get off the phone. It was a very disappointing first impression. I’m glad I experienced this before deciding to make this my doctor’s office. Customer service matters, especially in healthcare. I hope the practice addresses this and chooses staff who treat patients with professionalism and respect.

This Orthopedic hospital has the worst customer service I have experienced at a medical office in my life. The expectation of customer service is to be organized, efficient and helpful. This office kept misplacing my lab results, asking me for new lab results the day of my appointment, cancelled an appointment I have been waiting for 1.5 months when I said to hold it and, in the end, didn't bother offering any viable solutions to fix the situation.
