My doctor was running late for my 11 am appointment. I had taken my neighbor to her appointment that was also at 11 am. As of 12 noon I was still in the waiting room. My neighbor called to say she was done. She had to find another ride home. I was not finished with my appointment until 1 pm. 2 hours after my scheduled time.
I was being questioned about my payment and how I pay by the receptions which rolled into my appointment time and in turn I had to miss do to the fact I had other schedule appointments which would have caused me to be late
Simple boxers fracture on my hand and after ~2000$ in charges they neglected to properly set the bone before putting a cast on it. I paid them thousands to do absolutely nothing for me and ruin my hand. My finger is at a right angle and they were more than happy with this and tried pushing me off to physical therapy. Do NOT go to these incompetent “professionals”. Picture attached is how they allowed my hand to heal without setting the bone.
