Staff and doctor were very friendly. However, the vision problem I went there for remains a mystery as I was told I have another issue which I know is false considering multiple past eye examinations. Visit was unfortunately a total waste of my time but thankfully covered by my insurance. Left feeling pretty upset and I don't know where to go from here.
This was the best experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. The staff and doctor were so friendly and the doctor was extremely thorough. I felt like she really wanted to get it perfect for me. It is refreshing working with professional people who want to do a great job! I highly recommend University Optometrists!!
I've been seeing Dr. O'Shea for over 10 years. She and her staff are terrific and they will work hard with you to do the best for your eyecare.
