Does not return your call ! All I want to do is order contacts!
Long wait times for a standard visit. Nobody ever answers the phone and it takes an insanely long time to get a response to voicemails, if you get a response at all. I have been waiting weeks to get my contacts approved…it’s not like I NEED them to see or anything. Also the prescriptions they provide are not thorough and do not provide all of the info needed to order your contacts and glasses. You cannot access the prescription info on mychart. Honestly all around a not so great experience. I think I will return to LensCraft... read more
