I would give 0 stars to this company if I could. Do not sign with them unless you want to go through hell and back. Constant problems with our fridge, dishwasher, alarm system, and thermostat etc. When issues arise and you get into contact with them they are rude and delay solutions.
Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. The owner loves to hang up on and yell at college girls any chance he gets. You might have better luck sleeping in the Athens alley ways. Do yourself a favor and never sign a place with this company.
I reached out about a listing last week to schedule a tour and get some more details. First off, the employee wasn't very personable over email but I just figured it was some fluke. I schedule this tour for this one specific listing. I call 30 minutes beforehand the day of to make sure everything's still good on their end before I walk 20 minutes to get there in 90 degree weather. This company was very accommodating and made the process easy. I appreciated the flexibility they showed in allowing me to extend my lease, and it made for a very comfortable stay. Any issues that arose were addressed promptly and efficiently, which made for a great experience. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!
