They do not bill insurance correctly. You may call for one service, covered by insurance but in their system they will put "office visit" which is not covered, and goes towards your deductible. And takes a lot of fighting to get them to cover it. This has happened multiple times, They wait until last minute to send out a bill giving you 3 days to pay. It's shady practicing at best. This facility is horrible,first doctor I see months ago Dr call.. well he was rude cold and so misdiagnosed me without looking but a o2 reader get back in 2 months. To others there they can't help my breathing my pain from masses in my lungs to one hard to breathe but took them months to find.... But I need a o2 reader hmmm I have asked to get out pain nothing.this place does nothing for you don't go I wasted 6 months in this place to where I can't do my stairs to my apartment. Thank to the MAT program. And Beth the nurse . It's because of your help , understanding and truly feeling like you ll care . That I am still sobar. Unfortunately I had to move last year . And cheyenne clinic can't even get a pinch of what u all do there . I have no support here . And the uw clinc dosent care of my mouth is Absesed. They do not help and know that I can't afford to dentist. They let me suffer in more ways than just that. So you can imagine. But I still not falln short and remain clean..
