The hospital and medical offices are great!! The ER/ED on the otherhand is ridiculous. We could have driven 2hrs away, been treated and back by now.
Simple neglect, nurses working together that seem to not get along, which causes distress for not only them but the patient. Call lights going off for an excessive amount of time. Lazy nurses is what I've seen numerous times. Believe me if the insurance wasnt a problem we would be out of here. Have to ask numerous times for the help you need and then get attitude from whoever you are beeping when you need a nurse. Do better, someone life is counting on you!!!
I would leave negative stars if I was able. Staff/Students bullied a liver transplant patient right in front of me. Some kicked his cane that he was using for stability and others would block him from moving around and walking with his IV. I reported this to patient advocacy and was told that there was nothing they could do about it.
