After waiting over a month for an appointment they cancel my appointment for some type of outage. Never called to tell me my appointment was canceled. I drove 45 minutes to be told that it was canceled. They were supposed to call the following business day to reschedule. Never heard from them so I called back. I was told by a very rude person that it would be another month before I could be seen. Poor management.
