I had to report them to the Department of Health Professionals for being physically attacked by a fellow patient. I wasn't believed until footage was reviewed and the situation was seen as well, if I wasn't there it wouldn't have happened. They also lost all my clothes. They need to be shut down.
No one answers the phone and they don’t call back if you leave a message. They didn’t even call my psychiatrist back about ECT. How does anyone get any services here? Terrible.
I can't say enough about this organization how disappointed I am with their services and their doctors and their interns. I came there 7 years ago when I move South from Connecticut. I was diagnosed as a child and then a teenager and then an adult as having adhd. When I moved down here to take care of my father I came to UVA for counseling and medication. This Is a review about 5 East. I can't seem to find them rn. I'll leave this here until I do then delete I struggled with writing this review because on the one hand they work hard and I had fun and the food was good, but on the other hand they locked me in there. I came in voluntarily and then two days later I politely but firmyl asked to leave. Their response was disproportionate. They called the police and put me under a temporary detention order.
