This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever encountered. Due to the weather they are trying to reschedule my appointment for February 12th, 2025 that I made back in August 2024. They wanted to reschedule for August 2025. That is absolutely ridiculous. I am a UVA employee and they can't reschedule me for anytime sooner. This speaks volumes to how full of themselves UVA is and how they feel they are the best thing since sliced bread. In reality they are mediocre. The staff were very courteous and respectful. They took note of any complaints I expressed and worked with me to treat my skin condition. They did a thorough check of any problem areas and got me in and out in a timely manner. I don't have any input on the treatment of serious conditions but for minor skin ailments I highly recommend.
Hahahaha. YIKES.
I have been trying to get in touch with them for a month. Every single time I call I get a busy tone. Has the phone number changed? If so why hasn’t it been updated. Ridiculous.
