Dr. Nimmagadda is very sweet and a good patient advocate. Carolyn is very nice and a fantastic nurse. This was one of the better Healthcare interactions I have had

Very rude
NP that was seen is keen to prescribe anything and everything she can rather than attempt to diagnose the root of the issue. Good luck getting/keeping an appointment without them calling to reschedule or cancel. God forbid you have to reschedule yourself however, they'll act like you've ruined their entire year. EDIT** Recently discovered that with MyChart you can access and see the notes your doctor has taken on your visit. Quickly discovered the absolute ineptitude from the NP.
