If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience of my life! They have screwed up my 2 year old son’s leg. Casted incorrectly, cast removed too fast, and now he is left with a devastating crooked leg. As a parent I’m absolutely heart broken and so angry!! I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone!
I love it when a place is fast and efficient. We are never here longer than 20 minutes to get my daughter's casts on/off. They're amazing!
We were scheduled in a very timely fashion. The day of our appointment, they got us back right away. My daughter is terrified of all drs and they were all super reassuring and patient with her. Made her feel comfortable as much as possible. Scott David Ford, PAC himself was very good with us and explaining the ins and outs of the situation we were dealing with and ensuring we understood and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Overall, great experience.
Waited over 50 minutes to get called in, even though we arrived 15 minutes early. 7 patients were called in before, even though 5 of them checked in after us. Had to go up the receptionists twice to finally get taken in. The whole appointment was just a whopping 15 minutes
I love this office so much. My son was so nervous and they just were so nice and he was a lot less nervous when we left.
