The management of this place has degraded over the past year. Today, I showed up to get my injection. I checked in and sat until they called me back. They then told me my new vials were not ready and they would need to reschedule me. It takes 90 minutes to drive there, get the shot and drive home. Why would they not have notified me earlier and not waste my time? The only communication was to confirm my appointment. 5000 for healing cream
We have been coming here for over 2 years and have had multiple issues. I have expressed these concerns with the staff with no follow up or even concern about the service level they provide. Today - although very small it just speaks to the way they think. We checked in and tried to schedule our next visit but … we don’t know what schedule she is on. My kids have been coming to get allergy shots here for 4 years. Immunotherapy has been life changing for their seasonal allergies. They were so miserable before during spring and fall. I highly recommend Dr Duffey. She and her staff are so professional, knowledgeable and kind.
