I’ve really Come to distrust this place so much that I will sit with an infection in my ear or eyes for months before I go to this place because I know they’re gonna prescribe me something willy-nilly and make it worse. The University of Utah medicine’s Only practice is malpractice and I’m sick of it. More often than not I end up finding in a holistic remedy or a different medical facility altogether. I’m not a big reviewer, but The U has way better Urologists than Intermountain. Dr Oliver was professional, patient and answered all my questions. I feel like U of U treats their patients on such a human level. Which should go without saying but it really gives them the edge over other providers. Thank You for hiring the best
The staff were all friendly and professional. They were understanding of my situation and made accommodations for a specimen collection before I was able to see the provider. Casey Cranor, APRN, was knowledgeable and took time to discuss my concerns and instructions. Overall, a pleasant experience for needing to be a urgent care. Thanks.
