Doctor was very short and condensing, refused to explain reasoning behind no doctor’s note for shingles. Along with refusing to answer questions regarding treatment. Extremely unhelpful and awful bedside manner. Sabrina Nelson was the doctor.
I'm done with University of Utah Health. I'm active duty military and every time they refer us to UofU Health we get a bill from them. It's like they ignore both our referral and insurance or something. Its a horrible standard to have and I'm sick of having to call in to provide the payment people with our referral information. UofU Health is the ONLY Healthcare provider that charges us by ignoring our insurance. Our last visit with them is the final straw. I received the help I needed quickly. The medical staff was courteous and attentive.
I came in from out of state a little worried about how all that would go. I was seen immediately and everything was handled very efficiently. I was in and out in about an hour, that included labs and getting a RX from the on-site pharmacy.
The staff at this UofU facility is absolutely incredible. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs medical help.
