The staff here is 5 stars!!! I'm giving this place 1 star because of the double co-pay policy that everyone should be aware of before deciding to come here for primary care/family services. You pay a co-pay upon arrival for your appointment at UTMC Family Medicine and then UTMC Hospital charges you a "hospital" co-pay after your visit at UTMC Family Medicine. My UTMC Hospital co-pay was $15 but now it's been upped to $25. I'm sure this varies depending on who your insurance through but, if your someone like me who sees the d... read more
