Agreed with other reviewers that the treatment coordinator really makes the interactions with this school much worse than it needs to be. The doctors and all the staff members are respectful and always trying to be helpful, expect for the treatment coordinator. She aggressively tried to make calls to follow up after the consultation, and once it looks like you want to go with them, she would ignore all of your questions regarding payment and insurance with a rude manner. Everything was great until I got to the sales portion. Not only did she give me false information about prices elsewhere, she got rather aggressive when I corrected her. Why is there even a sales person? It's a school for gosh sake. This woman was so confident that I was ignorant, which is quite worrisome as to why she'd think that. I smell prejudice, can't see myself returning unfortunately.
