This is a letter of appreciation to the students, doctors and, the professional staff at the University of the Pacific. The first thing I notice each time I entered the clinic is the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. During my first steps from the lounge area to the clinic there is a bright, clean atmosphere that creates a relaxed environment for the patient. I've been using hearing aids for nearly 30 years now, and my hearing hasn't stopped deteriorating yet! Over the years I've used the services of several providers, with mixed results, and recently I decided to try using the U of the Pacific clinic. The care I've received has been impressive, with a genuine effort to do the best that can be done, without any attempt to upsell me on new, more expensive devices.
