UOP- Department of Audiology went above and beyond helping people with hearing impairment. My good friend who came from oversea for a few weeks had forgotten her hearing aid charger. Upon calling Kaiser, Hearing Centers and even the manufacturer of the Hearing Aid charger, we were not successful in having anyone help us. When I tried calling UOP, Leslie who I briefly told her about our situation, asked the clinicians on site and was able to help us right away! A wonderful experience with a doctor that was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with my needs for learning how to use my new hearing aids. However, I've had a difficult time adjusting to the volume that it is now set at. I've had to adjust the volume manually several times.
I have been a patient of this clinic now for the last 10 years or more. The people that I have worked with, by far and large, are awesome. I always feel welcomed and my concerns are always addressed with patience and thoughtfulness. I am very satisfied with the clinic and would recommend them to anyone.
