A wonderful experience with a doctor that was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with my needs for learning how to use my new hearing aids. However, I've had a difficult time adjusting to the volume that it is now set at. I've had to adjust the volume manually several times.
I have been a patient of this clinic now for the last 10 years or more. The people that I have worked with, by far and large, are awesome. I always feel welcomed and my concerns are always addressed with patience and thoughtfulness. I am very satisfied with the clinic and would recommend them to anyone.
UOP Hearing and Balance Center has excellent professionals and service.
I'd rather rate them after my hearing aids are fixed. They have such feedback that I have to take my hearing aid out when I go into the kitchen. They have the coolest and kindest receptionist you'll ever meet! My first doctor didn't like me so I'll be getting a new doctor when I go back. Hopefully, they will fix the feedback. (I never did like Axel Rhodes.)
