Every time I’ve called there’s another issue that takes weeks for them to process so they can charge fees to my account. They do not care that they have people on hold for hours it’s ridiculous.
Extremely frustrating no one ever answers or returns calls or e-mails
The man I spoke with was quite possibly the most condescending person I've ever had the displeasure of talking to in my life. I'm actually stunned. He wasn't even helpful as he talked down at me either, which would have at least made waiting in a two hour queue worth it.
