Incompetent, unprofessional and LAZY staff. My mother went to see her primary care doctor today (9/17/2026) Dr. Olga Slusher for her scheduled appointment. The receptionist said because she missed the 10 minute mark she would need to reschedule the appointment. She was there in plenty of time but due to her incompetence she made mother late because she took too long helping the two people in front of her with casual small talk.
