Absolutely ridiculous... you already have to wait 6 months for an appt date just to have a receptionist call you the day before with the wrong appt time for surgery on a 6 year old. So we arrived at 1145 and after waiting patiently for an hour was told after asking we were here just a bit early. A whole hour is not a bit but not like it matters because my 6 year old would have been starving for an extra hour here or home!
