This is specifically for the oral surgery department. It has been a very long time since I have seen the degree of incompetence that I experienced here. I needed a tooth extracted and had a referral from a fully licensed dentist to do so. But, of course, I had to have a consultation first. My dentists Taylor Carmen and Skylar Fogerty were amazing! I loved going to them for all my dental needs. They were always very professional and going to the college is cheaper than any other dentist!
Don’t appreciate how whoever answers the phone and decides to hang up on patients. She was RUDE as hell. Might be time for her to be finding a new profession cause if that’s how y’all allow employees to talk to people. I’m embarrassed for y’all.
I feel lucky to have had Lance Bennett as my student provider. He was a kind and comforting provider as I had to get a scary filling done. Didn’t feel a thing and the tooth feels great! Highly recommend!
My daughter is using ou dental college. We are very disappointed that such a nice facility is so poorly managed.
