Absolutely horrible office staff they are extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. I would not recommend this place they are so unprofessional. Dr. Howard has been one of the worst doctors I have ever seen.
It’s unfortunate that I cannot give zero stars to this establishment. I have been a patient for several months seeking help for 10+ years long untreated endometriosis. I have been nothing but invalidated and have been treated like I’m guilty before proven innocent in regards to my own body, health and symptoms. The only treatment option this clinic offers for endometriosis is BCP. For people like me who have a bad reaction to BCP there is no treatment option aside from “just living with it”. Was referred to UNR Endocrinologist Dr. Hendee for a Thyroid issue. I was constantly talked down to and talked over. The Doctor did not pull any thyroid tests other than TSH. When confronted about additional Thyroid blood tests he told me they were “unnecessary” and refused to pull the tests. The endocrinology department did not even have an in-house ultrasound machine. Was sent to Renown for additional testing. If you have a Thyroid issue, find another doctor.
