This is the only clinic I can say I love and mean it. I've been going here for more than 10 years and every staff member has been fantastic. As someone with medical traumas (from elsewhere), this clinic does not trigger me. The staff are welcoming always and every physician I've seen has been delightful. As a large bodied woman with chronic issues, finding a care team that gives a damn about you and not numbers is important. Very disappointed because of communication and happen numerous times. DR Halberg iS GREAT ,BUT COMMUNICATION IS VERY SKETCHY. He is very busy Cannot get back into correct issues referrals quickly, problems in getting clarity from previous referrals. Wait too long then forget return reasonings.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at this office. The doctors and nurses here are truly some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They provide care with compassion, understanding, and absolutely no judgment—something that makes all the difference when you’re navigating your health. I've had 3 physicians here - 1 was great but she retired, 1 was awful so didn't go back to her, and another one who is really competent and I WOULD go back to her except I'm so tired of how this place decides to bill me for services that at minimum, I'll never go back here. The 1 that is awful insulted me left and right about my weight (I'm not overweight and have a healthy BMI with regular exercise), my age, and my lifestyle. She was so odd.
