Dr. Lee who yook over for Johnathan W. tefused to look over my medical records from 1994 to when I first and only time I saw him in 2006. It also is true that my Dr. from Minnesota Eye Consultants also disagreed with this Dr. and sent me down to University of Iowa for further diagnosis. It just so happens that I've done my own research and Optic Netve damage is directly leaked to Carbon monoxide. Absolutely insane wait, extremely rude resident and front desk. However, the MA and Dr. El Zein were fantastic. If you want to wait 2+ hours, Dr. El Zein is a great doctor.
I’ve been coming to the eye clinic since November of 2022 and on a constant basis due to a chronic condition. I couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing team at the clinic and in particular Dr. Karen Armbrust who is not only an amazing doctor but a truly kind person. Sometimes there is a long wait though but in my experience that is kind of normal with this type of appointment, especially if you need some eye scans and other types of exams.
Be prepared to wait 2-4 hours. Appointment was set for 8:45am, was pulled to a room with a Tech for initial notes and concerns around 9:30. While imaging was taken they used a machine you put your chin and forehead on, when we were walking out from that room another patient went in and was instructed to do the same, no sanitizing in between patients.
