Called in July to schedule an appointment and they told me they had an opening in October. Waited 3 month and now they told me I had to wait till next year March. What a waste of time. Not recommend for poor customer service. Don’t waste your time here like I did.
Excellent staff, nurses and Drs Wonderful post op care
Have been here multiple times over past 18 months, and have nothing but good to say. Staff is caring and professional. Dr. Maddox gave good explanations--and did a decent job listening to me. Have had 2 procedures, several follow ups, skin checks, and another procedure scheduled.
If you think $224.00 is a fair fee for a 4.5 minute telephone conversation/ virtual doctor visit then let them take your money. Poor communications, low quality care and not a concern for patient out of pocket costs. I would not recommend M Health Dermatology! Too corporate and all about money not patient care.
