They only get this many stars because the staff was great. Check in was smooth and they seemed to really care about the people coming in. We weren't just another thing for them to do. My nurse was also nice. That's where my nice words end. Dr. Jha was an hour late, offered no apologies and kept looking at his phone the whole time I was there. The staff is so kind, caring and welcoming. Cancer treatments are not easy and very emotional. All of these women were so compassionate and patient. They treat you with dignity and respect. I am so glad I was able to have such a wonderful team and staff to work with during one of the worst times. I am so thankful to have had them.
