I switched to Dr. Daniela Minecan after years of feeling dismissed by previous neurologists, and the difference has been unbelievable. From day one, she actually listened to me. She takes detailed notes, checks in on how my medication is affecting me, and makes sure nothing I’m prescribed is causing problems. Doctor Minecan is wonderful and its sad that she's surrounded by incompetence. What a joke of an excuse for a care provider. I can never get assistance when I desperately need it. Tera, some sort of "manager", is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They are not interested in the doctors oath of "do no harm" because they have prescribed me medicine that I must continually take or my condition will worsen.
