Extremely disappointed in U of M radiology. I booked an MRI of my spine and they were booking almost 6 weeks out. I waited patiently for a month. Got a call this morning, 2 weeks before my appointment, and was told that they overbooked my appointment and it had to be pushed by 2 weeks, meaning I will have waited 2 months since scheduling to get my scan. I am currently on bedrest and unable to work or be upright for more than a minute at a time due to a spinal injury, it didn’t matter to them. I understand long wait times for... read more
Rude waited 2 hours after we were told to arrive.
Excellent care. On time. I understand if there is a delay , it could be there was a patient that had an emergency. I understand that patients are not machines and issues can come up thus delaying other appointments.
Dr.Daphna Strousma and team were amazing today! She thoroughly reviewed today's procedure (in detail) and handled me with care and compassion. ❤️❤️ I would certainly recommend her expertise and care.
