I had an excellent experience at the Pasadena Urgent Care. I received care from Carol PA and Rachel MA that was professional, timely, and efficient. Thank you for your compassion and expertise.
Went in today for a tick bite that seemed to be getting worse. Alex treated me and honestly, she was awesome! Great bedside manner, explained everything she was doing, and even took the time to dig out the mouth parts of the tick that were left in my leg. Thank you for the awesome experience Alex!
Update: I guess it’s truly luck with who you get. This most recent visit with my younger daughter was great. I was dreading bringing her due to my previous visit, but it was Sunday and I didn’t have much of a choice, but was surprised by how different it was. The staff at the front were different than my previous visit and they were really nice. The woman who checked us in also triaged my daughter and she was very kind and patient. My first visit to the Pasadena urgent care was extremely positive. I was met by Destiny at the desk. She was prompt, courteous and professional in taking my information and asking about the reason for my visit. Shortly after I wax treated for my foot injury by Alex, PA. Don’t be fooled by her young age as to her knowledge and care. She too was very professional in every way. She cleaned my wound, and gave me clear instructions how to care for it.
