Clean. Great service and friendly staff. Nothing but praise to them, got me in and out. The fact that they cant take cash is ridiculous. 2 star deduction for that. Forcing Digital transactions is prejudice against poor people who work for tips. It degrades the dollar by transactions fees and leads us down a dark path. I frown upon companies who refuse cash. Should be illegal.
I recently visited this brand-new urgent care facility and was disappointed with the experience. Given that it was a holiday, I understood that the facility might not be busy, but the wait times were still surprising. I checked in at 1:28 PM and waited for almost an hour to be seen. When I arrived, there was only one patient ahead of me, and I was surprised that I was not seen before the patient who was placed in room one after me. Despite needing an urgent care, my experience at U of M was excellent. Destiny quickly took care of me as I walked in the door and set me up in the triage room to be examined. Carol was only a few steps behind to assess my injury. Both were extremely kind and made me feel comfortable in light of my situation. I felt so well attended to and communication for each step of the visit was clear and concise and honest. Outstanding service. Once my info was filled out I was seen immediatley and the staff was great, friendly and personable. Highly recommend.
This afternoon we came to the University of Maryland's Urgent Care in Pasadena, Maryland for a serious cut to to my husband's thumb. This was a table saw incident which cause three deep wound cuts. We were immediately cared for by the triage nurse, Destiny who was professional, efficient and showed concern. The office assistant also was very helpful.
