Recently, I needed to come in one evening when I was less than a week postpartum. Jasmine, Sue, Kristen, and Kim were so helpful and calming while they checked my blood pressure and helped me understand the reading. They were fabulous and I appreciate them so much!

Not trying to brag, but given my having a chronic illness, coupled with poor life choices in general, this is my most visited urgent care center. Yes, I've seen my fair share, and a couple of yours, too. Back to the point: Very professional, yet with grace, humor, and humanity. The attitudes across the board are positive and helpful. I ramble, and the practitioner was able to calm and focus my responses. I call that above and beyond, and great people skills.
I am new to Kent Island and had only been in my home less than 2 months. On a Monday, 3 Nov, when my husband was at work 50 miles away, my dog charged another dog while I was walking her. My wrist was tangled in the leash and I was thrown into the road. My husband returned home and we went to the UofM Urgent Care. I cannot say enough about Courtney the Nurse Practitioner.
