I recently had a pre-op physical at the Kent Island Urgent Care. The welcoming and caring feeling I received during check in and check was the best. Thank you Jennifer Patrick for taking such great care of me.
First time to visit this location. I wound up just walking in. There was about a one hour wait since only one doctor was onsite. You can make appointments also to help speed up the process. The facility is located right off Rte 50 in the Kent Town Market shopping center. The place was very clean and organized. The staff were courteous and helpful. This place is ALWAYS amazing and the staff couldn’t be better. I prefer it over our pediatricians of nearly 20 years and for the past several years, it has been our whole crews go-to more frequently than we’d like (under the circumstances.) I always forget to leave a review and am so sorry because my appreciation is long overdue! We adore everyone here, and we’re helped yesterday by Kristin, Nneka, Jen and Alicia. I wasn't able to check in online but I was able to go check in and then come home and they called me when it was time to go back. I was able to get in and out quickly and they were super friendly, professional, and helpful.
Recently, I needed to come in one evening when I was less than a week postpartum. Jasmine, Sue, Kristen, and Kim were so helpful and calming while they checked my blood pressure and helped me understand the reading. They were fabulous and I appreciate them so much!
