They should rename this place, Part of The Problem “Medical” Center. Karens in lab coats pretending to be doctors. They have one doctor that visits once a month and they a nurse practitioner that knows very little and she is actually the best you could hope for here. The other 5 receptionists are all lab coats wearing wannabes that want to pretend to doctors. After all their name is stitched onto the lab coat. That has to count for something, right??
My healing began as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone - Ginger, Kristen, Amanda - was welcoming, compassionate, and professional. Dr. Goodman was magnificent! When she stepped out of the room for a minute, I looked her up online to see if she had a private practice. I was prepared to make her my primary care doctor!
Amanda was very sweet and professional and made me feel instantly comfortable and welcome like she was an old friend, even though I feel like absolute garbage she made me laugh when I needed it. We need more Amanda’s in this business! Thank you so much Amanda! Now have to edit this because the doctor was amazing also! Thank you Sue I felt like you were so thorough answered all of my questions and I felt very safe with the knowledge you hold. Thank you 🙏🏻
I recently had a pre-op physical at the Kent Island Urgent Care. The welcoming and caring feeling I received during check in and check was the best. Thank you Jennifer Patrick for taking such great care of me.
First time to visit this location. I wound up just walking in. There was about a one hour wait since only one doctor was onsite. You can make appointments also to help speed up the process. The facility is located right off Rte 50 in the Kent Town Market shopping center. The place was very clean and organized. The staff were courteous and helpful.
