Came in with a cut on my hand and was stitched up (6) and out the door in an hour. Staff was very welcoming and personable. I almost don’t want to tell people about it because it seems like a hidden gem!!
EDIT on 2/2/26 I wanted to give this facility a second chance after the medical director called and spoke with me regarding my concerns. She was empathetic and reassuring my concerns would be addressed. It is convenient and close to me. I called to ask what providers are practicing today in hopes to be seen. Of course I would have trepidations being seen by Zach after the poor experience I had and did not feel comfortable announcing my dissatisfaction with him again after 7 months. Came in with my partner for a medical emergency. Gabrielle at the front desk was both professional and kind, keeping our spirits up and moving my partner along quickly to get seen by the doc. Zach saw her, and was also very kind and professional, and got her stitched up and feeling better as fast as possible. Not only that, but Gabrielle and Zach were very helpful in accomodating us when we forgot our insurance cards, helping us out along every step of the way to get my lovely partner feeling better. Best care I’ve received in a long time. They were great at diagnosing & treating my kidney infection. They even called me twice over the next several days to see how I was doing. I wish I got this kind of care from my primary.
