University of Maryland needs to fire the office manager at this location! We arrived for our 11:00am appointment. The doctor was here, we were here but the door was locked. The doctor called the “office manager” and she was up in Brandywine and said she would be there in 15 minutes. So by 11:40 we were seen. Unacceptable! If she can’t “manage” to get to work on time like the rest of us, she needs to go. This is not McDonald’s . This is a medical facility. And unlock the DAMN restrooms!
