I would give doctor McDonough a 0 star. Treated me like a jerk and like I'm wasting his time for feeling really sick. Also painted a picture of no hope and a future of pain and sickness. Thanks for nothing, looking for a new doctor. The two doctors that I saw in both er rooms where very nice and thank you for your time and patience looking into the issue .
The doctor said he would see me in six months. The problem that I'm having is now. Not in six months.
Wow. Dr McDonald was on his phone my son's entire appt Then dismissed him saying, your too young to have these problems. Wow!! Never go to these "doctors" again.
Notice that the majority of reviews are negative . Stay away from this place TERRIBLE customer service ..everybody looks and talks like they hate their job. Lady waiting on me wanted to argue about my appointment. The office manager threatened me when he said " you DEFINITELY dont want to make ME mad " Look how old the reviews are. They delete all negative reviews
Dr.Runz was Amazing, straight and to the point. Refreshing to have a Dr. Who's knowledge is what you expect to have. Definitely will See him again if needed.
