Dr. McDonough is quite literally the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life. Rude, unhelpful, terrible bedside manner. He almost seemed happy when he told me that there was nothing he could do to help me. If you are reading this PLEASE try to visit a different office or at the very least ask NOT to be seen by Dr. McDonough.
This OFFICE SUCKS! I called the office and the office are heard in the background talking unprofessionally and they hang the phone up on anyone they don't want to help. The office manager does not return phone calls and will make up any excuse as to why they are so unprofessional. Just the attempt to obtain copies of my medical records have been a challenge...STAY FAR AWAY from these folks!
I would give doctor McDonough a 0 star. Treated me like a jerk and like I'm wasting his time for feeling really sick. Also painted a picture of no hope and a future of pain and sickness. Thanks for nothing, looking for a new doctor. The two doctors that I saw in both er rooms where very nice and thank you for your time and patience looking into the issue .
The doctor said he would see me in six months. The problem that I'm having is now. Not in six months.
Wow. Dr McDonald was on his phone my son's entire appt Then dismissed him saying, your too young to have these problems. Wow!! Never go to these "doctors" again.
