I went in for an outpatient scheduled appointment with radiology. The receptionist that checked me in and the nurse that did my imaging were both kind and absolutely wonderful. I left and forgot to get a Doctor's note. I called and another receptionist answered the phone like she couldn't be bothered to take a call. She transferred me to radiology where I got another robot that read off an option about scheduling an appointment or dial by name. Neither of which fit my need. I really appreciate the help and kindness. I found there. A special thanks to Dr. Colburn. Yes I had to wait a bit but I was not dying so I expected to. They do the best they can.
was treated terribly. if it's not an emergency go elsewhere. not a fan of Christiana at all but would go there vs this place. they didn't listen, didn't care about my concerns and basically blew me off. EDIT: They reach out and offer assistance, which i did do but will still blow you off. A year ago they were at a 1.3 rating and somehow got all negative reviews erased and started over. If you're not dying do yourself a favor and go to Christiana.
