July 5, 2025. My friend fell and hit his head on cement. The top of his scalp is cut open, he has swelling on the top and side of his head, also above his eyes, and is complaining of neck pain. He was given an ice pack, which I held to the back of his neck and head for two hours while we sat in the ER waiting room. I had the best experience in this ER last night (6/13/25). I arrived at 3ish AM after having been trying to dislodge a pill that got stuck in my throat at 10:30pm. I had done everything and could barely speak past gasping and sobbing at the front desk. I was immediately seen and given a med that helped me swallow the stuck pill(s). I was a mess as I have significant medical history and I was given excellent care. 3rd time coming here and I can truly say it's the worst Er ever... all they worried about was taking my insurance waited in the room in pain for 3 hours no one came to check never saw a doctor. It's horrible the nurse do not care about you.
