3rd time coming here and I can truly say it's the worst Er ever... all they worried about was taking my insurance waited in the room in pain for 3 hours no one came to check never saw a doctor. It's horrible the nurse do not care about you.
Came in to the ER with my fiancé because she needed medical treatment as soon as possible; while I’ll admit my s/o has a slight resistance to medical treatment especially when she’s feeling ill, this 3rd shift ER staff on 2/26/25 is extremely ignorant, if you’re expecting help do not come here. I would recommend any other hospital over this, even queenstown which is almost equally as bad… they laugh about patients not realizing how loud they are and how quiet this place really is, overall just ignorant.. super disappointing.
I went in for an outpatient scheduled appointment with radiology. The receptionist that checked me in and the nurse that did my imaging were both kind and absolutely wonderful. I left and forgot to get a Doctor's note. I called and another receptionist answered the phone like she couldn't be bothered to take a call. She transferred me to radiology where I got another robot that read off an option about scheduling an appointment or dial by name. Neither of which fit my need. I really appreciate the help and kindness. I found there. A special thanks to Dr. Colburn. Yes I had to wait a bit but I was not dying so I expected to. They do the best they can.
