I took my 94 year old mother to the new emergency room today she is hearing impaired and beginning dementia I wasn't allowed to be with her and she came back out almost 4 hours later after an injection of Lasix with wet pants she asked for a bathroom and the nurse didn't know where it was. This is unacceptable. I was told by security I was lucky to be inside as visitors were to be in their vehicles. The whole experience was horrible
