I have gone to this location 2/3 times in the past, and every time they've asked for copay with a note at front desk stating copay due before service or appointment. I think personally this is in bad taste for patients such as myself who may not remember such requests, who get there and unfortunately don't have funds at the time to be able to cover their appointment. I was there on 11/10/23 to have my left hand look at by doctor Karren Midori Takamura. She had me do all these different types of hand exercises and then sent me on my way. Clearly my left hand was swollen and she said it didn't look like it to her. She made me feel like I was wasting her time she told me to go get a sonogram which might explain the problem with my hand . Her examination of my left hand was very quick. Complete disregard for your time. We have had 4 appointments, and all have averaged 45-1hr wait times. Staff isn't friendly and provide little help. Dr's seem fine. Extremely disappointing. Recommend elsewhere for orthopedic needs
