Place is a joke in and out just yo take your insurance money looked at my xray for about 30 seconds I have severe back pain.Dr Cavanagh is stealing a paycheck and his assistant lady is deff on pain medication herself!
I would not recommend this location. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment with Dr. Jacob Wynes — this was our first visit, and it left a terrible impression. As a parent bringing my child in to see a surgeon, I expected professionalism, but instead we were completely ignored. The provider walked past us while we stood by the door and never acknowledged us. No one updated us on the delay, respected our time, or offered any kind of courtesy. I have gone to this location 2/3 times in the past, and every time they've asked for copay with a note at front desk stating copay due before service or appointment. I think personally this is in bad taste for patients such as myself who may not remember such requests, who get there and unfortunately don't have funds at the time to be able to cover their appointment. I've been there two times, and each time I forgot there might be a copay and left both times after realizing that I didn't have money for the copay. I think it'... read more
