I am very upset with this group. I was referred for a biopsy for a non healing mouth sore. The ignored the referral of my dentist and told me to have bad tooth pulled. Two other dentists had already said that the bad tooth was not the problem. I had the tooth pulled anyway and the sore did not heal. My Dr. does not answer questions on the patient portal and the online appointment system dies not seem to be used. My second experience with a non responsive and uncaring UMD medical system.
