I have been very impressed with the clinic from Tonya, the clinic coordinator to Dr. Rickard, with whom I have had my first two appointments. Parking instructions are easy and the permit is very helpful. Dr. Rickard is warm, professional, and empathetic. Because it is summer, I haven't worked with a student. I look forward to that experience as well.
Just a wonderful afternoon with all the staff at the hearing center at UMD. All the Tech's were just the best, They all took the time to ask all the necessary questions that were needed for you and your hearing problems. They explained everything about all the different type of hearing test they would be performing and made sure you understood before starting. After finishing they explained what options were the best for you and made all the arrangement to have them sent to the ENT in Baltimore.
