I just tried to make a simple appointment over the phone, and whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I had the option of continuing to make my appointment, but this short interaction was enough for me to look elsewhere.
After doing some more research I am beginning to realize that the anal prob the UMD health center uses is not a common practice among all medical centers. Regardless, I enjoyed my physical .
This place is actually torture to go to. The only reason to go here is if you are sick and the staff is not nice. The staff is worse than not nice, they are horribly rude. Also Dr. Joy Howard sucks and should be fired. They might as well shut this place down it is run so horribly
Friday 1 to 3pm August 22nd 2025 Walk-on visit. I was not feeling well and I was concerned. They checked me out and took it very seriously. All the staff was friendly and helpful and professional.
I am coming here for my physical therapy post ACL reconstruction surgery, everyone here is really professional, friendly and helpful, right from the staff to the doctors. Dr. Megan Rogers has been up with my therapy really well and my improvement since I first started over here is truly significant
