Was a great experience. Saw Dr. McLaughlin and received great care. Would recommend to others.
Very helpful and nonjudgmental staff
Awful experience after seeing Dr. Joy Howard. It is evident she does not care for her patients and makes you feel bad about yourself. She’s belittling and short. I’m confused as why she’s in a field that’s purpose is care and support. After reading reviews it’s clear most people think this and nothing is being done. It’s a shame.
It's nice to see that Joy Howard's GOD AWFUL service is not something that is just me. She saw me on several occasions and it has resulted in me having chronic Lymes and permanent wrist issues. That woman should have her license taken away!! I have talked with a case manager and they have done nothing about it, all they said was thank you for sharing your story. If you see her name on your case, either change to someone else or just run.
