Horrible
Everyone has always been friendly and PA staff is AMAZING!
Every experience here has been horrible. First off, the receptionists here are so rude. You call them and they have the worst attitude. Also, I do not like Joy Howard at all. She basically acts as if it was offensive that you even considered coming to get care. The nurses are sometimes okay (depends). My recent visit when I got my vitals checked, another nurse came in and they kept joking around. I felt frustrated because I wanted to be taken seriously.
The immunization nurse is so mean like I did not feel welcomed at all, but honestly I had no other choice. Honestly don’t know what her issue was, from the moment she called my name to the moment I left she was so rude and disrespectful. I felt like she went above and beyond to find ways to be disrespectful, which is weird considering it should’ve been a quick in and out process. If you have a choice go somewhere else for immunization please do! However the lab crew is so nice and reassuring.
