So relieved to find this practice that takes my insurance, answers their phone, gets you a same-week appointment, and prioritizes the patient. They helped me navigate complex insurance questions and get the best care, and they have academic medicine behind them. Highly recommend!
Dr. Khan is very personable and takes her time with her patients. Even the techs are thorough as they prepare you for your appointment with Dr. Khan. The office staff is very professional and helpful. I can't say enough about this office.
On three seperate occasions, this office wasted my time. At first they didn’t communicate properly and messed up the insurance referral so I had to come back another day. Next time I had to wait over an hour WITH an appt and walked out because I was told it was still gonna be more time. Lacking communication & overbooking.
Charlotte was amazing and patient and kind as well as amazing at what she does!
