They were pretty cold when they told me that my insurance is no longer in-network and the out of pocket cost per visit is almost $500.
The whole process of registering for and seeing a medical professional is confusing, inefficient and rife with incompetence. After enduring the extensive phone registration process, and countless calls to confirm the appointment for a relative, the appointment was cancelled WITHOUT NOTICE after months of waiting for availability. I have seen a psych provider for several years at this site. I drive over an hour to get here. I am very happy with the provider and facility.
I have had excellent care from my psychiatrist and therapist there. They have helped me in a number of ways which translates into enjoying life more now. They earn my highest praise - Dr. Sara Figueroa and Kris Konz.
Psychiatrist says I don't need meds but keeps insisting I come back. Why see psychiatry if they're just going to act as a glorified therapist.
