Actually, I am very happy with this practice. They are responsive and they cared about my concerns and health issues when I needed their service.
Kaci has been incredibly helpful and kind in assisting me with a medical request. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the admin team has been quite frustrating. Despite repeatedly asking for guidance on where to send my medical forms, I received no correspondence or clarity for over a month. I have been a member of this GP since 2021, the receptionist staff are really rude and speak to you as if you are an inconvenience rather than a patient. I have medication that I cannot go without otherwise I get really unwell, I put my prescription in a week before its due to run out as this is the earliest I can do. Every month it is delayed because of the GP refusing to accept the repeat prescription request, then I have to call 111 for my meds as the receptionist staff refuse to help me and the pharmacist that served me ... read more
i hate leaving bad reviews on places but this place has caused me so much stress and discomfort i can't not. they will urge you to register here upon joining the uni, for the sake of sanity look into other options. i have been registered here around 5 years and have had about 2 in person appointments, despite many issues needing in person care. they will divert you to a 5 minute phone call no matter what. i have been told i am not actually ill and told to stop taking essential medication because i am a "young lady" (i have c... read more
