I made an account just to say how truly awful this miserable excuse for an institution is!
I spent an absolutely miserable 4 hours in the emergency room. I went in with first and second degree burns on my hand and arm. I waited 1 1/2 in the waiting room before seeing anyone. I told the receptionist multiple times of the intense pain and all she said was she would pass it along to the doctor while i was waiting. After finally getting sent to a room i was given ice packs and told by the doctor to take hyrdicodine and keep ice packs on it.
