Deceptive billing practices. Went to a well-child visit and the doctor asked if I had additional questions or concerns. I brought up one additional concern as well as a follow up to a previously discussed condition- a condition that is asked about on the screener before you even see the doctor. I was billed for this. I have never had a rude person at all at this hospital until today… I had to reschedule my sons dermatology appointment because we received the call about his appointment TODAY 8/26/24 that his appointment would be TOMORROW 8/27/24. I work so for me to just drop everything from one day to the next is a bit impossible. She seemed so bothered that I had to reschedule because of my circumstances. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Saade. My daughter was diagnosed with a very rare form of neuropathy and the time Dr. Saade took to explain everything to us is something I’ve never experienced before with any Doctor I’ve ever seen. Her knowledge, personality, and care is outstanding. She has made us more hopeful of the future and brought us peace. Everyone at the clinic was so kind and attentive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
