Great staff and medical pros!
Terrible experience of bureaucracy and paper pushing; lack of urgency or care for patient care. Sad!
They don’t look for the cause they just assume anything. Was told migraines are from dehydration but we had an ultra sound a month before for excessive urination and the pee is a normal color. I felt like I was arguing with the doctor because the doctor wasn’t listening!
I have been a patient at UIHC Neurology since 2017. I absolutely love the doctors and the staff. The nursing staff responds to concerns quickly. “My” doctor is awesome.
