I do not often take time to review appointments, products, etc. But I hope this helps others to not have the same experience. This review is for the North Liberty U of I Sports and Ortho facility. My first experience at this hospital setting/business (since this is clearly their goal rather than actual care of the patient) was having to get an x-ray rather than an ultrasound on my knee-even though I stated this was a soft tissue ‘issue’ (can you say money in their pocket)…anyway-initially the medical assistant was great and ... read more
Nice clinic
Went for multiple visits, they were unable to identify what my issue was, never set up a follow up appointment and then sent me a $2k bill. Waste of money and time.
